Thought for the Week: Sometimes our journey through this life is really hard. And as we work through the ordinary and extraordinary challenges that face us each day, we may find ourselves exhausted, discouraged and alone. We look everywhere to find comfort, support, and peace. These words from Jesus that we find in Matthew’s Gospel remind us that we are never alone on this journey and Jesus is always waiting with open arms for us to lean into his care and allow him to carry the weight for us when it becomes too heavy for us to bear alone. Isn’t it comforting to know that we always have a place to rest?

NURSERY SCHOOL

St. Saviour’s is a place of exploration, inquiry, discovery, and joy. For more than 50 years, we have been committed to knowing each child’s individual interests, strengths, and challenges in order to foster optimal intellectual, social, and emotional development. Through a literature-based curriculum focused on project-based experiences, we prepare our students to be confident problem-solvers, creative collaborators, and strong communicators––eager and well-equipped for a lifetime of learning.

A co-educational, independent preschool located in Old Greenwich, CT, St. Saviour’s welcomes students of all backgrounds and is licensed by the State of CT, as well as accredited by the NAEYC National Association for the Education of Young Children. We offer part-day programs for two-, three-, four-, and five-year-old children.
